The Service is a software tool to build, backtest and monitor trading strategies and indicators on historical and live market data, and to keep a trading journal. It includes charts, signal scanners, alerts, paper (simulated) trading and optional AI features.

• Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a broker, investment firm or adviser and do not provide personalised advice or portfolio management.
• The Service does not place orders on any exchange or broker on your behalf. Paper trading, order builders and webhook payloads are simulations or messages you choose to send yourself; you are responsible for any order that results.
• Trading involves a high risk of loss, including more than your deposit when leverage is used. Only trade money you can afford to lose. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. See also the Risk Disclaimer.

Backtests, scanner records, signal tests, optimisations, Monte Carlo runs and similar outputs are hypothetical. Unless a result is explicitly labelled out-of-sample, it is in-sample: measured on the same data the settings were chosen on, which tends to overstate future performance. Simulations cannot fully model fees, slippage, funding, liquidity, latency, gaps or exchange outages. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee its accuracy or availability.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and give accurate information.
• You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox, your personal access tokens and connected API keys secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Exchange API keys you connect for journal sync must be read-only. We do not need, and you must not give us, trading or withdrawal permissions.

• Web: paid plans bought on the website are billed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel them in your account settings / the Stripe customer portal.
• iOS and Android apps: in-app subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and handled through our subscription provider RevenueCat. You manage and cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not on our website.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends (or as the store requires). Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: app-store purchases are refunded only by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. Web purchases are refundable as described at checkout and as required by law; contact us through the feedback form in the app. Where EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, you agree that digital access starts immediately and that the right may lapse once you start using the paid features, to the extent the law allows.
• Prices may change; we will tell you in advance and a change applies from your next billing period.
• AI credits are consumed when a cloud AI feature runs and are not redeemable for cash.

• Some features send your prompt and the relevant strategy, indicator or market data to third-party AI providers to produce an answer. AI output can be wrong; check it before relying on it.
• You can connect your own AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) to your account through our MCP server, using OAuth or a personal access token. The assistant then acts with the access you granted (for example reading or saving your strategies, running backtests). It cannot place orders. You can revoke a connection or token at any time in Settings; you are responsible for what your connected assistant does with your account.

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or use the Service to manipulate markets;
• scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass rate limits, plan limits or security of the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service or its data without our written permission;
• upload scripts or content you do not have the right to use, or that is malicious.

You keep ownership of the strategies, indicators, scripts, journal entries and other content you create. You give us a licence to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you (and to show it to others where you choose to share it). The Service's software, design and our own content remain ours or our licensors'. Third-party indicator ports are provided under their own licences, noted with each indicator.

You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website (Settings). Deleting your account does not cancel an app-store subscription — cancel it in your App Store / Google Play settings. What is removed is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service or by email before they take effect.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims there. For questions, contact us through the feedback form in the app.
