The TickScript Affiliate Program lets you ("Affiliate") earn commission by referring new users to TickScript, run by The Prophecy Time. Your referral link and earnings are in Dashboard → Affiliate. Joining the program means you accept these terms and the general Terms of Service.

• Rate: 20% of each subscription payment a referred user makes on the website (first payment and renewals). Purchases made in the iOS or Android app stores are not commissionable.
• Duration: for as long as the referred user stays a paying subscriber.
• Attribution: a browser cookie set by your link lasts 30 days. If someone clicks several affiliate links, the last one before sign-up gets the credit. A referral code entered at sign-up counts the same.

• Minimum: you can request a payout once your available balance reaches $50 USD.
• Schedule and method: requests are paid monthly via PayPal or Wise; you need a valid account in your name.
• Refunds and chargebacks: commission on a payment that is refunded or charged back is deducted from your balance.
• Taxes: you are responsible for reporting and paying tax on your commission. Business affiliates may be asked for an invoice and VAT details.

These lead to removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commission:

• Self-referrals or referring accounts you control.
• Bidding on our brand ("TickScript", "Tick Script" and variations) in paid search.
• Spam or unsolicited messages.
• Misrepresenting the Service, impersonating us, or using fake reviews or incentivised sign-ups we didn't agree to.

Say clearly that you earn commission from your link (for example "affiliate link"). Don't promise trading profits or present backtest results as expected returns — TickScript is a research tool, not financial advice (see the Risk Disclaimer).

You can leave the program at any time. We may end your participation for a breach of these terms, or end the program with 30 days' notice; legitimate unpaid commission above the minimum is then paid in the next cycle. We may change these terms with notice; continuing in the program after a change means you accept it. For questions, contact us through the feedback form in the app.
